I am angry, and I am venting here. So for this I entirely apologise. Mr Landlord, my flat desperately needs repair. Everytime it floods, the damage gets worse. Why will not you fix it? I don’t care that the mpany won’t pay, or only pays for set repairs. That’s not my concern. The insurance .
